I am knitting three pairs of socks, and a clapotis (shawlly-scarf)

I am making milk and water kefir. The milk is going gang busters, even though its supposed to be rehydrating, and the water just started yesterday, and is supposed to set 4 more days till I can start a batch of kefired coconut water (my ultimate aim). I also have yogurt culture, but you can't just make raw milk yogurt, you have to make a pasturized mother culture every week, as well as your raw milk yogurt, so, I am thinking about that, I might just make pasturized yogurt.

other than that, the apartment is a shambles, and the diet is going poorly. but every day is a new day, right?
